And (keep in mind) Whenever your Lord explained to the angels: “Verily, I am likely to place about the earth a vicegerent (Caliph)”, they said: “Will you location therein people who can make mischief therein and drop blood and we glorify you with praises and sanctify You”? وَإِذْ قُلْنَا ادْخُلُواْ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةَ فَكُلُواْ مِنْهَا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمْ رَغَداً وَادْخُلُواْ الْبَابَ سُجَّداً وَقُولُواْ حِطَّةٌ نَّغْفِرْ لَكُمْ خَطَايَاكُمْ وَسَنَزِيدُ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ﴿٥٨﴾ two/Al-Baqarah-fifty eight: Va iz kulneadhuloo heazihil kaaryata fa quran al baqarah kuloo minhea haaysu shi’tum raagaadan vadhulool beaba succadan va kooloo hıttaatun naagfir lakum haateayeakum va sanazeedul muhsineen(muhsineena).

two:112 بَلَىٰ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ وَجْهَهُ لِلَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَلَهُ أَجْرُهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ Indeed [on the contrary], whoever submits his face in Islam to Allah whilst being a doer of excellent should have his reward together with his Lord. And no concern will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.

But as for many who disbelieve, they are saying, "What did Allah intend by this for instance?" He misleads lots of therefore and guides a lot of therefore. And He misleads not apart from the defiantly disobedient,

2:250 وَلَمَّا بَرَزُوا لِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِ قَالُوا رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ And when they went forth to [face] Goliath and his soldiers, they mentioned, "Our Lord, pour upon us persistence and plant firmly our ft and provides us victory in excess of the disbelieving people today."
